Approximately 70 executives and staff members attended the event, including Hospital Director Younghwan Jung, Medical Director of Internal Medicine Jongdae Cho, Heads of Internal Medicine Hangang Lee and Seungbyung Chae, and Director of Administration Miyoung Lim.

The ceremony began with a congratulatory speech by Eunju Kim, Head of Nursing, followed by the presentation of awards to distinguished contributors, an encouraging address by the hospital director, a celebratory cake-cutting, and a commemorative photo session. In recognition of her contributions to the evaluation, Head Nurse Eunkyung Kwak from Ward 6 received a distinguished service award. Notably, Ulsan Eliya Hospital received high praise for sharing the incentives from this performance evaluation with all employees.

The Integrated Nursing Care Service is a program in which professional nursing staff-including nurses, nursing assistants, and ward support personnel-provide 24-hour nursing care without the need for family members or caregivers to stay at the hospital. Since opening its first ward with 34 beds in 2021, Ulsan Eliya Hospital has added more beds each year, and now operates all of its beds as part of the Integrated Nursing Care Service wards.

In the "2024 Integrated Nursing Care Service Performance Evaluation" announced by the National Health Insurance Service at the end of last year, Ulsan Eliya Hospital received a Grade A, ranking in the top 9% among 709 medical institutions evaluated nationwide.

In her congratulatory remarks, Eunju Kim, Head of Nursing, stated, "The results of this evaluation are the outcome of the efforts not only of the Integrated Nursing Care Service wards but also of the entire staff of Ulsan Eliya Hospital, including the nursing department. In 2026, we will face the challenge of hospital expansion, but we will do our utmost to further improve satisfaction with our nursing care services through continued attention, dedication, and strong support from the hospital."

Meanwhile, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Ulsan Eliya Hospital plans to strengthen its operating and emergency rooms through expansion work and provide specialized, center-based medical services, including a Joint and Spine Center, Hypertension and Diabetes Center, Artificial Kidney Center, Burn Center, Rehabilitation Therapy Center, Manual Therapy Center, Pediatric and Adolescent Center, and Comprehensive Health Checkup Center.
