Air Busan Holds Briquette Sharing Volunteer Activity in Beomil-dong, Busan

Air Busan (CEO Jung Byungsub) carried out a briquette sharing volunteer activity on December 15 in the Beomil-dong area of Dong-gu, Busan, to help local neighbors spend a warmer winter.

Approximately 60 participants, including employees of Air Busan, Jin Air, and Air Seoul, took part in this volunteer work. On this day, Air Busan donated 20,000 briquettes to the Busan Briquette Bank, and volunteers personally delivered the briquettes to nearby households in need, sharing warmth with the community.

Hwang Nayoon, a member of Air Busan's Sales and Marketing Team who participated in the volunteer activity on-site, said, "It was a meaningful experience to be able to share, even in a small way, directly with neighbors enduring the cold winter."

Air Busan has consistently continued its social contribution activities to promote mutual growth with the local community, such as donating 20,000 briquettes last year as well.

In particular, the company has continued its signature donation campaign, the "In-Flight Love Donation Campaign," for over 10 years, and since its founding, has carried out a variety of regular volunteer activities including the "Sharing Happiness Charity Bazaar" and the "Blue Angel" volunteer group of cabin crew members.

An Air Busan representative stated, "This year’s briquette sharing volunteer activity was even more meaningful as employees from Jin Air and Air Seoul participated together," adding, "We will continue to carry out meaningful social contribution activities that give back to the local community in gratitude for the love we receive from our customers."
