Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) is conducting an additional recruitment for 15 permanent rental housing units and 85 reserve applicants at Dasan Metro Complex 3 in Namyangju.
Permanent rental housing is a public rental housing project supplied for the purpose of providing 50 years or permanent leases to stabilize housing for the lowest income groups. It is offered at affordable rents to recipients of livelihood and medical benefits, among others, as part of a housing support initiative.
Eligibility for application requires that, as of the announcement date, applicants must be members of a homeless household residing in Namyangju. Applicants must also meet the income and asset requirements set for permanent rental housing.
Applications must be submitted in person at the local administrative welfare centers in Namyangju from December 22 to December 24. The announcement of successful applicants will be made on April 24 next year, and further contract details will be individually notified to those selected for tenancy.
For more detailed information regarding the recruitment, applicants can check the announcement on the websites of Namyangju City or Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (www.gh.or.kr), or contact the relevant administrative welfare center in Namyangju or the Dasan Metro Complex 3 rental center (031-510-7180).
Kim Tae-su, Director of Housing Policy at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "We hope this additional recruitment will help ensure stable housing for vulnerable groups," adding, "We will continue to strengthen the supply of public rental housing and support policies for vulnerable groups in the province."
