On December 9, Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), together with Woori Bank, Hana Bank, and BNK Kyongnam Bank, donated 450 million won to support tenants facing livelihood crises.
LH announced that it held a donation ceremony at its headquarters in Jinju on the same day and delivered the funds to the Housing Welfare Foundation. LH contributed 300 million won, while each of the three banks provided 50 million won.

원본보기 아이콘The donation will be used to assist LH rental housing residents who are at risk of eviction due to unavoidable reasons such as unemployment or illness, which have led to long-term arrears in rent or maintenance fees.
The recipients will be selected by the "LH Housing Support Committee," which is composed of representatives from local governments, academia, and NGOs.
The event was attended by Cho Kyungsook, Head of the Housing Welfare Division at LH; Lee Mingu, Head of the Gyeongnam Business Division at Woori Bank; Lim Jaemoon, Head of the Western Capital Region Business Group at Kyongnam Bank; Heo Jangyoung, Branch Manager of Hana Bank Jinju Branch; and Lim Hyunsook, Director at the Housing Welfare Foundation, among other officials.
LH has been implementing this project since 2020. Including this donation, the cumulative amount contributed has reached 2.21 billion won.
