Jumps One Spot from 4th Place Last Week
Thitikul and Korda Maintain Top 2 Positions
Kim Hyojoo 8th, Kim Seiyoung 10th, Yoo Haeran 12th
Minji Lee (Australia) has returned to the top 3.
In the women's golf weekly world rankings announced on December 1 (local time), she earned 6.23 points, moving up one spot from 4th place last week. Miyu Yamashita (Japan), who was ranked 3rd last week, dropped one spot to 4th.
There was little change in the rankings as there were no LPGA Tour events. Atthaya Thitikul (Thailand) and Nelly Korda (United States) firmly held the 1st and 2nd positions. Charley Hull (England) is ranked 5th, Lydia Ko (New Zealand) 6th, and Yin Ruoning (China) is in 7th place.
Among Korean players, Kim Hyojoo maintained the highest ranking at 8th. Kim Seyoung is 10th, Yoo Haeran 12th, Choi Hyejin 17th, Ko Jin-young 24th, Kim Arim 29th, Hwang Yoomin 31st, Yoo Hyunjo 39th, Lim Jinhui 41st, Noh Seunghee 42nd, Lee Somi 46th, and Bang Shinsil is ranked 50th.
