The signing ceremony was attended by County Governor Choi Hunsik, Kim Mooncheol, President of the Jangsu County Medical Association, Kim Seongnam, President of the Jangsu County Oriental Medicine Association, as well as representatives from five local Western and Oriental medical institutions and relevant public officials.
The five participating medical institutions-Kim Mooncheol Internal Medicine Clinic, Donga Family Clinic, Park Seungmin Internal Medicine Clinic, Somang Oriental Medicine Clinic, and Song Oriental Medicine Clinic-plan to organically connect medical and care services to address welfare blind spots.
In particular, they agreed to cooperate in providing faster and more stable services that meet residents' needs by applying home medical care models tailored to local conditions, such as operating long-term care home medical centers and conducting home visit medical services.
The county plans to use this agreement as an opportunity to establish a regular collaboration system with medical institutions and efficiently link local medical resources, thereby creating an integrated care environment where residents can safely spend their later years in their own communities.
Kim Mooncheol, President of the Association, said, "We will do our utmost to support the stable establishment of the Jangsu-style integrated care project by working closely with Jangsu County for the health management of local residents."
County Governor Choi Hunsik stated, "This agreement is a meaningful start to realizing an integrated care model that combines the expertise of the private sector and the public nature of administration, enabling residents to truly feel the benefits. Beginning with this agreement, we will continue to build a comprehensive welfare network so that no resident is left behind, and we will provide ongoing support to ensure healthy and happy lives."
