LS Securities announced on November 21 that it has selected internship candidates for 2025 with the prospect of full-time employment, provided them with preliminary training, and assigned them to various departments.
Through its open recruitment process for new employees in the second half of the year, LS Securities hired a total of 12 interns with the prospect of full-time employment in divisions such as retail, wholesale, risk management, and sales support. The preliminary training program was designed to help prospective new hires acquire fundamental competencies in the securities industry and smoothly adapt to the organizational culture.
LS Securities staff members participated as instructors, conducting a variety of programs including guidance on internal systems and policies, job- and industry-related training, and a field trip to the Korea Exchange. They also held sessions for dialogue with executives and team-building activities to foster a sense of belonging.
The interns shared their impressions, saying, "It was a valuable opportunity to deepen our understanding of the company's business, vision, and the overall industry," and "It was meaningful because we could learn the basic knowledge and attitude required as members of the organization."
After completing the training, the interns were assigned to their respective departments. They will undergo a six-week internship until December, after which their regular employment will be determined through a final interview.
An LS Securities representative stated, "We conduct open recruitment for new employees every year and are committed to discovering talented individuals. We will continue to support new hires so that they can grow rapidly and fully demonstrate their capabilities as future leaders of the company."
Meanwhile, LS Group selects and nurtures approximately 1,000 talents annually through both open and rolling recruitment.
