The exhibition and sales halls are organized into the Global Agri-Bio Pavilion, Leading Products Pavilion, Marine Products Pavilion, and Win-Win Food Pavilion. The domestic companies section will showcase and sell local specialty products, including traditional fermented foods, outstanding products from Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, and items from the sixth industrial sector.

The overseas companies section will see participation from 34 companies representing 12 countries, including Australia, Spain, and Georgia, presenting their respective fermented foods and products that reflect trends in the global food industry. The special exhibition hall will highlight the past, present, and future of fermented foods, while also offering attractions such as the Jeonbuk Food Master Exhibition and the Local Cuisine Promotion Exhibition.

In particular, the "Traditional Liquor Special Exhibition" will feature leading traditional liquor manufacturers from Jeonbuk, who will host tastings and sales events for local traditional liquors, including this year’s featured toast liquor.

The expo will also focus on marketing activities to support local agri-food companies in expanding into overseas markets. Jeonbuk Province, in cooperation with KOTRA and the Korea International Trade Association, will hold both online and offline B2B export consultation sessions, and will actively support online sales promotions by operating a live commerce studio in partnership with the Jeonju IT & CT Industry Promotion Agency. Additionally, the province plans to boost participating companies’ sales through various promotional channels such as the Post Office online shopping mall, live YouTube broadcasts, and on-site interviews.

A wide range of performances and hands-on programs for all generations has also been prepared. Visitors can enjoy food culture experience programs using local agricultural products, children’s musicals, percussion parades, VR experiences, and other diverse content designed to captivate families attending the event together.

In particular, popular children’s character performances such as "Mini Force" and "Catch! Teenieping" will be staged, and more than 30 interactive programs-including traditional games, face painting, and cooking classes-will be available throughout the event.

To address abnormal weather conditions and changes in the cooking environment this year, the province has installed heating and cooling facilities in each exhibition hall and expanded mobile restrooms and rest areas to enhance visitor convenience.

Recycled and eco-friendly materials have been used throughout the exhibition booths and event facilities, while food trucks will utilize reusable and biodegradable containers to minimize environmental pollution.

Vice Governor Noh Hongseok stated, "As Korea’s leading food exhibition, this expo is expected to play a major role in promoting the taste and value of our fermented foods to a wider audience," adding, "We will continue to seek multifaceted approaches to globalize fermented foods by leveraging Jeonbuk’s food industry infrastructure."
