LG Electronics has unveiled the showroom "SKS Seoul" for its ultra-premium built-in appliance brand "SKS."

On the 14th, LG Electronics opened the premium built-in appliance showroom SKS Seoul in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In line with the rebranding of "SKS," the company has completely renovated the Nonhyeon showroom of "Signature Kitchen Suite," which has been in operation since 2017.

SKS Seoul spans a total floor area of 1,918 square meters across one basement level and five above-ground floors, and features 10 product display spaces, each styled with unique interior atmospheres. Here, visitors can experience a premium lifestyle utilizing SKS built-in appliances.

Notably, the showroom was designed by architect Min Sungjin, renowned for projects such as the luxury golf resorts Ananti Namhae and Sagewood Golf & Resort. He incorporated his architectural philosophy that buildings should serve not only their fundamental functions and purposes but also become sources of inspiration.

From the basement level to the third floor, there are five dedicated SKS spaces, where SKS built-in appliances are showcased in collaboration with leading Italian luxury furniture brands such as Molteni&C and Arclinea.

Customers can not only try out a variety of products-including column refrigerators and freezers, column wine cellars, ice and water dispenser refrigerators, convection ovens, steam ovens, dishwashers, and induction cooktops-but also receive customized space solutions from professional designers in a separate consultation area, covering everything from planning and design to construction and supervision.

There is also an exhibition space featuring LG Electronics' premium home appliance lineup. Appliances such as the "LG Dios Objet Collection Refrigerator Fit & Max" are arranged to suit various living environments, including kitchens, living rooms, and laundry rooms. The Fit & Max model, with its zero-clearance hinge technology, minimizes the gap between the appliance and the wall to just 4 mm, creating a seamless interior look.

Additionally, the fourth floor is a high-end dining space where visitors can enjoy gourmet experiences using SKS built-in kitchen appliances, and is open to all LG Electronics membership customers. The fifth floor is set to operate as a private cooking studio, where select invited guests can attend culinary lectures.

Earlier this year, LG Electronics rebranded its ultra-premium built-in kitchen appliance brand "Signature Kitchen Suite" to "SKS," strengthening its strategy to target the global built-in appliance market. While inheriting the brand philosophy of "infusing sincerity into cooking," the company changed the name to the more intuitive "SKS" for customers.

Launched in 2016, SKS has established itself as a specialist premium built-in brand recognized in the North American and European premium markets for its advanced technology and customer trust. In addition to SKS Seoul, LG Electronics operates SKS built-in appliance showrooms in New York, Napa Valley, California, and Milan, Italy.

Kim Youngrak, President and Head of LG Electronics' Korea Sales Division, stated, "SKS Seoul is a space where domestic customers can sensibly experience an ultra-premium kitchen life," adding, "We aim to set a new standard for ultra-premium built-in appliances that elevate the kitchen into an artistic experience."
