Bang Si-hyuk, Chairman of HYBE, appeared at the Financial Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on September 15. Chairman Bang is under suspicion of deceiving investors into selling their shares ahead of the company's initial public offering. On this day, Chairman Bang stated, "I am deeply sorry for causing concern with this matter," and added, "I will faithfully cooperate with the investigation."
