By age group, 42 candidates (62.7%) are in their 20s, 22 (32.8%) are in their 30s, and 3 (4.5%) are in their 40s. The youngest successful candidate is 21 years old, and the oldest is 47. This year, the average interview time was increased from 10 minutes last year to 18 minutes to thoroughly assess the candidates' values and job competencies.

The city office expects that the significantly higher final acceptance threshold and the strengthened interview evaluation will lead to the recruitment of more outstanding talent. Successful candidates must register as appointment candidates at the Local Government Officials Eoulbaeumteo (formerly Jiwon Middle School) on August 27, and after completing the 'Basic Adaptation Course for New Local Government Officials' at the Gwangju Education Training Institute from September 1 to 12, they will be officially appointed.
