On the 4th, Dangjin City in Chungnam announced that it will hold a resident briefing session for the '2025 Cadastral Resurvey Project' over three days from the 12th to the 14th.

The city has selected Eumnae 2 District, Godae Janghang 2 District, and Sinpyeong Sango 1 District as the target areas for the 2025 cadastral resurvey project, and plans to complete the project by 2026 with a national budget of 328 million KRW.

The resident briefing session will explain the purpose of the cadastral resurvey project, the background of district selection, project implementation procedures, the composition and role of the Landowners' Council, methods for land status surveys and boundary setting standards, and how adjustment fees are calculated, followed by a Q&A session.

A city official said, "We expect that this cadastral resurvey project will help prevent land boundary disputes, increase land utility value, and contribute to the protection of citizens' property rights."
