CJ Logistics announced on the 4th that it will hold a joint promotional event with Gmarket called 'Star Delivery Comes with O-NE (O-NE ro O-G)' until the 16th.
In this promotional event, approximately 150,000 products available for order through Gmarket's Star Delivery can be received on weekends and holidays via CJ Logistics' 'Maeil O-NE' service. Since January this year, CJ Logistics has been exclusively managing Gmarket's Star Delivery service, which aims for 100% delivery guarantee seven days a week.
An event will also be held. Among customers who purchase Star Delivery products during the promotional period, 777 winners will be selected by lottery to receive prizes such as accommodation vouchers for Incheon Paradise Hotel, Shinsegae gift certificates, Roborock vacuum cleaners, and Dyson hair dryers. Customers can enter the event by submitting their order number and purchaser information on the event page after purchasing products. Winners can be checked on the Gmarket event page on the 20th. Additionally, first-time users of Star Delivery during the promotional period will receive discount coupons.
CJ Logistics will also support advertising for the joint promotional event to attract customers and boost sales of Star Delivery products. Information about the event will be delivered to consumers through various media such as social networking service (SNS) channels like YouTube and Instagram, as well as digital advertising boards in subways and elevators. This is part of the 'Maeil Maeil O-NE' brand campaign that has been ongoing since early this month. CJ Logistics expects this to enhance brand awareness of O-NE, increase trust in delivery quality, and promote client products.
A CJ Logistics representative stated, "Through this joint promotional event, we plan to provide consumers with a differentiated shopping experience and actively promote the strengths of O-NE’s distinctive delivery service," adding, "We will continue to focus on increasing customer satisfaction through joint marketing with various clients."
