The 44th Director of the Gyeongnam Eastern Veterans Affairs Office, Kim Sang-woo, assumed office on the 4th.

Director Kim, a native of Gyeongnam, began his public service career at the Masan Veterans Affairs Office and has held positions such as the Creative Administration Officer at the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, General Affairs Manager at the Seoul Regional Veterans Affairs Office, and Director of the Imsil National Cemetery.

Director Kim stated, “At the forefront of veterans affairs, I will listen closely to the voices from the field and dedicate all efforts and sincerity to realize ‘living veterans affairs in everyday life, veterans affairs for all,’ so that the sacrifices and dedication of national merit recipients and veterans families can become a source of pride and honor.”
