Major government real estate policies, such as the January 10 measures, are also coordinated here. Since it also adjusts financial and tax policies, it is known to be a department with a high workload.
Although a female has been appointed as the Housing Policy Officer, a director-level position in the Ministry of Land, this is the first time a woman has taken the position of director of the Housing Policy Division.
Director Lee Yuri graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and entered public service after passing the civil service exam. She has experience working as a section chief in the Housing Policy Division and has served as director of the Housing Construction Supply Division, director of the Urban Housing Supply General Division, and director of the Real Estate Evaluation Division.
