Air Busan (CEO Doo Sung-guk) announced on the 14th that it conducted briquette sharing volunteer activities in the Beomil-dong area of Busan.
On the afternoon of the 13th, about 50 employees, including CEO Doo Sung-guk and cabin crew members, participated in the briquette volunteer activity and had a meaningful time of sharing. On that day, Air Busan donated 20,000 briquettes to the Busan Briquette Bank to help neighbors in the local community have a warm winter, and carried out volunteer activities by directly delivering the briquettes to households in need.
Since its founding, Air Busan has carried out various donations and volunteer activities to support local communities in need. Through campaigns such as collecting spare change from employees’ salaries and in-flight charity fundraising, as well as regular volunteer activities by the cabin crew volunteer club ‘Blue Angel,’ Air Busan continues its efforts for mutual growth with the local community.
An Air Busan official said, “We are pleased to be able to deliver warmth to the local community through this briquette sharing activity, in which employees participated with one heart,” and added, “We will take the lead as a company that fulfills its social responsibilities through various contribution activities.”
