‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City,’ located in the original downtown area of Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province, opened its model house on the 25th and officially began its sales schedule.

A sales official stated, “Most visitors who viewed the units displayed at the model house have given positive feedback on the excellent infrastructure of the original downtown area and the specialized designs befitting the large-scale Hillstate brand complex.”

In particular, despite being a weekday, a large number of people eager to enter gathered from early morning on the opening day, with visitors continuously moving around the model, consultation booths, and units.

Yoon (age 39), who was waiting for a consultation after viewing a unit, said, “I came because apartments are being sold in Pyeongtaek’s original downtown area for the first time in a while. As expected from a representative apartment brand in Korea, Hillstate’s large complex, I felt a significant difference in quality in terms of interior design, space layout, community and landscaping plans, ample parking spaces, and even individual storage.”

The industry expects favorable sales results for this complex, highlighting that it not only occupies the best location conditions in Pyeongtaek’s original downtown area, which even attracts demand from residents in housing sites such as Godeok and Sosabeol, but also offers the high-quality product features of the Hillstate brand large complex.

Meanwhile, Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City will be developed in the Hapjeong-dong area with 14 buildings ranging from three basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 1,918 households with exclusive areas ranging from 45 to 178㎡.

Among these, 599 households with exclusive areas of 45 to 112㎡ are for general sale. The number of households by type is ▲45㎡ 32 units, ▲59㎡A 279 units, ▲59㎡B 103 units, ▲74㎡A 45 units, ▲74㎡B 27 units, ▲74㎡C 3 units, ▲84㎡A 14 units, ▲84㎡B 12 units, ▲84㎡C 80 units, and ▲112㎡ 4 units. The project features a wide selection of floor plans mainly focused on medium and small-sized types preferred by buyers.

The upcoming schedule includes special supply on November 5, first priority subscription on the 6th, second priority subscription on the 7th, and announcement of winners on the 13th. Subsequently, the official contract period will be held for three days from the 25th to the 27th. The expected move-in date is January 2028.

Applicants who have held a subscription savings account for more than 12 months and are 19 years or older can apply for first priority subscription regardless of residence, number of owned houses, or household head status. However, priority is given to those who have continuously resided in Pyeongtaek-si for more than six months, and deposit requirements vary by region and area. The resale restriction period is six months. To reduce the financial burden on actual buyers, the contract deposit has been lowered from the usual 10% to 5%, with the first deposit set at a fixed amount of 10 million KRW, along with various financial benefits.

The complex is within walking distance of Pyeongtaek Station. Just one subway stop away from Pyeongtaek Station is Pyeongtaek Jije Station, served by the SRT, providing convenient access to Seoul and the metropolitan area, including Gangnam. In fact, after traveling one stop from Pyeongtaek Station to Pyeongtaek Jije Station and transferring to the SRT, it takes about 40 minutes to reach Suseo Station, boasting excellent accessibility to Gangnam.

The complex boasts a safe school district location with Hapjeong Elementary School right next door. Additionally, Pyeongtaek Police Station, the planned Pyeongtaek Station Complex Cultural Plaza, Sosabeol Sports Town, Hapjeong-dong Post Office, Bakae Hospital, and Deokdongsan Neighborhood Park are also nearby.

The product quality is also excellent. The complex is designed mainly facing south to enhance lighting and ventilation effects, and offers a total of 10 types (based on general sales) ranging from 45㎡ to 112㎡ to broaden the range of choices considering various lifestyles.

Furthermore, it plans to include a variety of community facilities among the largest in the original downtown area around Pyeongtaek Station, such as a fitness center, screen golf, sauna, study room, small library, and daycare center.

In addition, the exterior will apply some curtain wall look designs and landscape lighting, expected to transform the image of Pyeongtaek’s original downtown area. Various specialized landscaping spaces have also been created. With about 1.5 parking spaces per household and individual storage for bulky seasonal items for every household, the value as a newly built apartment in the original downtown area is further enhanced.

The model house of Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City is located at site number 835, Hapjeong-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do. During the first three days after the model house opening, a daily lottery event for home appliances will be held, and for 10 days, stamp events and small gift events will also be conducted.

There is also a subscription appreciation event for applicants. The first 200 customers who certify their subscription application will receive gift certificates, and among the certified customers, a lottery will be held to award prizes such as LG Stylers.
