GS Construction will launch the third Xi apartment in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, called 'Icheon Xi The Rev,' next month.

Icheon Xi The Rev will be built on San 31, Songjeong-dong, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of 7 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 635 households ranging from 84 to 185㎡ in exclusive area. The number of households by area and type is △84㎡A 325 households △84㎡ 124 households △84㎡C 96 households △117㎡ 88 households △185㎡P 2 households. It is composed of medium to large-sized units preferred by actual buyers.


About 300 meters from the complex are Songjeong Elementary and Songjeong Middle Schools, providing an excellent educational environment as well as safe commuting for children. Songjeong Elementary School is currently undergoing expansion and facility improvements, and road widening is planned from Jeungsin-ro through the complex to Songjeong Elementary and Middle Schools, further enhancing the commuting environment. Within a radius of about 2 km, various convenience facilities such as E-Mart, Gwango Market, CGV, and Icheon Jungang-ro Culture Street are available.
