The Naver Pay application (app) has been revamped to include securities and real estate services. The strategy is to evolve into a comprehensive financial platform that encompasses not only payments and asset management but also securities and real estate.
On the 12th, Naver Financial announced that it has revamped the Naver Pay mobile app as an integrated financial platform.
With this update, securities and real estate tabs have been added to the bottom of the app. Instead of simply transferring the existing Naver Pay securities and real estate services, the UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) were optimized focusing on the most frequently used features by users in each service. The securities tab focuses on exploring key stocks of interest in the domestic and U.S. markets through various thematic rankings. The real estate tab places the property map on the main screen to strengthen the property search function.
Specifically, the securities tab offers exclusive content for the Naver Pay app. Representative features include the most searched stocks by age group, holdings of the top 1% by asset value, and stocks with the top 1% returns.
A Naver Pay representative said, "Through the Naver Pay app, users will be able to easily access not only on-site payments and asset management but also securities and real estate information exploration," adding, "We hope the Naver Pay app will become the most frequently used financial app in users' daily lives."
