Haitai Confectionery Unveils Summer Limited 'Ace Espresso Con Panna'

Haitai Confectionery announced on the 7th that it will release a summer limited edition 'Ace Espresso Con Panna' that truly captures the Italian sensibility.

This is an Italian edition combining Haitai Confectionery's representative cracker 'Ace' with rich espresso and smooth whipped cream. The dough contains powdered Colombian premium-grade Arabica beans to evoke the luxurious experience of drinking espresso. The company explained that it contains about three times more coffee beans than existing coffee crackers, resulting in a stronger coffee flavor and aroma, and uses 'decaffeinated' beans so it can be enjoyed freely without worrying about caffeine.

Additionally, the cracker is even smoother with the addition of whipped cream to Ace's mild and soft texture. The salt on the cracker's surface has been reduced by about half to enhance the bittersweetness of the Espresso Con Panna.

A Haitai Confectionery representative said, "This is a special summer season edition of Ace prepared to allow you to feel a deeper coffee taste when paired with a refreshing iced Americano during the hot summer," adding, "We plan to continue introducing more special and unique flavor combinations that suit Ace, offering products that can be enjoyed by people of all ages."
