GS Construction's "Duryu Station Xi," supplied in the Naedang-dong area of Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, will conclude its official contract schedule today (25th). Since the full-scale sale began on the 29th of last month, it has attracted significant attention and entered the subscription (1st and 2nd priority) phase, with 463 applicants for 71 general supply units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 6.5 to 1.

The 84㎡A type, which closed at the 1st priority, recorded the highest competition rate of 11.2 to 1. "Duryu Station Xi" boasts excellent residential conditions with close access to transportation, convenience facilities, education, and natural environment. The complex is located right in front of Daegu Subway Line 2, making it a "super-station area" within a 1-minute walk. Additionally, access to the city and beyond is convenient via Dalgubeol-daero, Gyeongbu Expressway, Jungang Expressway, and the KTX Seodaegu Station, which opened in March.
