Actor Won Bin is gaining attention as the advertising model for a residential product. The ultra-high-rise landmark officetel "Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa," located in Cheongna International City, is the main subject, with Won Bin's luxurious and urban image enhancing the complex's differentiated high-end appeal and strong symbolism.
Won Bin is currently active as the advertising model for "Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa" across various media including TV, online, video, and outdoor media.
"Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa," developed by Cheongna Plus Co., Ltd. and constructed by SGC E-Tech Construction Co., Ltd., is an ultra-high-rise landmark officetel located in the Cheongna-dong area of Seo-gu, Incheon. It consists of three buildings ranging from three basement floors to 46 above-ground floors, with a total of 523 units sized between 76 and 211 square meters.
Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa is designed as a complex with differentiated landmark product value from the exterior to the interior. Notably, the skybridge design, which will add prestige to the ultra-high-rise complex of up to 46 floors, is a key feature. The skybridge uniquely connects the three buildings into one, enhancing the value of the complex.
Additionally, penthouses will be located on the top floors, and the interior details stand out with high-end features such as kitchen furniture provided by the Italian high-end imported brand Dada, which has gained attention in prestigious residential products including Nine One Hannam.
The one-stop location fitting for a landmark product is also noteworthy. The new Canal Way Station (tentative name) on Seoul Subway Line 7, scheduled to open in 2027, is planned right in front of the complex, providing excellent transportation conditions as a super-station area. Once Line 7 opens, it will take about 30 minutes to reach Gasan Digital Complex and allow direct travel to Seoul's Gangnam area without transfers.
Moreover, quick access to the Gyeongin Expressway is possible via Seo Incheon IC through the Cheongna International City underground project. The area is also well connected by major roads including the Incheon International Airport Expressway's Buk Incheon IC (towards Yeongjong), Cheongna IC (towards Seoul), and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Road (between Incheon and Gimpo) at Nam Cheongna IC, making travel to other regions convenient by car.
In particular, the Seoul Subway Line 9 is currently advancing a direct connection project with the Airport Railroad, and at the end of March, a feasibility study for the "Seoul Line 2 Cheongna Extension" project was initiated, further improving accessibility from Cheongna to Seoul.
Additionally, the 3rd Yeonryuk Bridge, a 4.68 km bridge connecting Yeongjong and Cheongna, is scheduled to open in 2025, expected to significantly contribute to balanced development, revitalization of development, and investment attraction in the western metropolitan area.
Various lifestyle convenience facilities are abundant. The 3.6 km artificial waterway Canal Way, equipped with exercise facilities and walking paths, is located right in front of the complex. About a 10-minute walk along Canal Way leads to Cheongna Lake Park, which spans approximately 690,000 square meters, providing a pleasant environment for leisure activities.
Within a radius of about 200 meters, large retail facilities such as Lotte Mart (Cheongna branch) and Homeplus (Cheongna branch) are located, along with various commercial facilities along Canal Way, offering easy access to abundant amenities. Additionally, schools such as Cheongram Elementary, Cheongram Middle, Dodam Elementary, Choeun Middle, and Choeun High are all located within 1 km radius.
The future value is also high due to abundant development prospects. At the center of Cheongna Lake Park, on a 33,058 square meter site, the construction of "Cheongna City Tower," the tallest observation tower in Korea with a height of 448 meters and consisting of a basement 2 floors to 30 floors above ground, is about to begin, with completion expected as early as 2026.
About 3 km from the complex, the Seoul Asan Hospital consortium plans to build a medical complex town by 2028, including an 800-bed general hospital, medical bio-education and research facilities, a life science park, senior welfare housing, and officetels.
Nearby, "Starfield Cheongna," a complex consisting of a cinema, theme park, water park, hotel, and retail facilities with a total floor area of 504,512 square meters from basement 3 to 24 floors above ground, is scheduled for completion in 2024. Also, "Costco Cheongna," Asia's largest Costco with about 16,000 square meters from basement 1 to 2 floors above ground, is expected to be completed in 2023.
The model house for Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa is scheduled to open in June.
