[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Kia is launching the campaign "Monthly Kia Donghaeng," offering car owners the opportunity for a makeover and vehicle profile photoshoot. A makeover involves changing one's usual appearance through hairstyle or makeup. Applications will be accepted from the 14th to the 27th to select participants for the campaign.
Participants in this photoshoot campaign can have a car profile photoshoot tailored to their personal concept, based on stories that capture memories shared between the vehicle and its owner. This campaign is conducted in collaboration with the fashion content agency The New Gray. Twelve car owners will be selected to participate; four of them will receive a stay voucher for the Jeju Haevichi Hotel, a makeover and styling worth approximately 500,000 KRW, and a vehicle and car profile photoshoot. The remaining eight will receive styling and coordination coaching worth about 300,000 KRW.
The campaign name "Donghaeng (同行)" is inspired by the image of a car accompanying its owner during daily travels. Kia has been consistently running makeover photoshoot campaigns since last year. This year, the campaign has expanded to a monthly car profile campaign targeting car owners to increase customer engagement. Applications can be submitted via links on Kia's official Facebook and blog.
