원본보기 아이콘[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Amorepacific is launching a customized bath bomb manufacturing service called ‘Bathbot.’ Starting from the 4th at the Amore Store Gwanggyo in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, the ‘Bathbot’ service instantly creates bath bombs with the scent and color desired by customers on-site.
Customers using ‘Bathbot’ can take a simple psychological test at a kiosk to receive a recommendation for the bath bomb that best suits their current needs or choose their preferred product directly. The recommendation process incorporates research results from Amorepacific’s Technology Research Institute on how scents affect mental and physical relaxation.
Based on this, customers select from 14 unique bath bombs with distinctive scents and colors such as Sweet Floral, Forest Herb, and Lavender Hill, and the robot instantly manufactures the bath bomb. The manufacturing process takes about 2 minutes, and customers can watch the robot hygienically create their customized bath bomb on-site.
The customized bath bombs offer comfort and fun during the bathing process with various shapes, colors, and scents. Additionally, they contain argan oil and sweet almond oil to provide moisture and vitality to tired skin. The product is formulated as ‘9-FREE,’ excluding harmful ingredients, making it suitable for sensitive skin, and uses recyclable paper packaging without plastic wrapping, making it eco-friendly.
Meanwhile, Amorepacific continues to introduce customer-optimized solutions such as customized lip products and customized foundations based on its accumulated research know-how and development capabilities. The company plans to continue efforts to offer the most suitable products and services to more customers in the future.
