원본보기 아이콘[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] The Win-Win Growth Committee and Hansol Technics announced on the 21st that they signed an 'Innovation-Driven Wage Gap Resolution Agreement' with partner small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at J1 Hotel Cheongju.
Hansol Technics plans to operate an innovation-driven win-win cooperation program worth a total of 14.1 billion KRW over the next three years for partner SMEs and their employees to resolve the wage gap by strengthening the technological competitiveness of partner SMEs.
Support will be provided to partner SMEs in various areas including joint technology development support, production facility support, productivity improvement support, patent support, direct financial support, and early payment support.
Kwon Ki-hong, Chairman of the Win-Win Committee, said, “Hansol Technics' continuous good performance so far has been possible thanks to win-win cooperation with its partners,” and added, “As win-win cooperation with SMEs becomes increasingly important amid the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, we hope this agreement will serve as a spark to help partner SMEs overcome the difficulties caused by COVID-19.”
