Hwaseong Special City's Hyohang-gu announced on November 8 that it had held the "2026 Hyohang-gu Regional Concert - Autumn Music Walk" at Bongdam 2 Ecological Sports Park on November 7, with around 10,000 residents in attendance.

Hosted by Hyohang-gu and organized by the Hwaseong City Cultural and Tourism Foundation, the concert was planned to give residents a chance to enjoy culture and the arts close to home and connect across generations through music. The free event drew families, young adults and middle-aged and older residents.

Four acts took the stage: local arts group With You Singers, vocalist Gru, singer Tei, and crossover group Forestella. The performers showcased their distinct vocal styles and stage performances, starting with a pre-show performance by With You Singers. The audience responded to Forestella's performance with cheers and applause.

This year's Hwaseong regional concert series began in Dongtan-gu on August 22. It continued in Byeongjeom-gu on September 19 and Manse-gu on October 9, before concluding with the Hyohang-gu concert on November 7.

Choi Byeongju, head of Hyohang-gu, said, "This event was planned so that all residents could take a break with music close to home and connect with their neighbors." He added, "We will work to improve residents' quality of life through a variety of cultural events that showcase the distinctive character of the area."
