GH to Supply 25 Lots in Gapyeong Daljeon Country Home Complex
Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH) will supply 25 detached-home lots for residential use in the Gapyeong Daljeon country home complex.
The lots are open to end users with no restrictions on eligibility and will be allocated by lottery. The scheduled price ranges from KRW 149.44 million to KRW 261.18 million per lot. Of the 25 lots, 14 are priced in the KRW 150 million range.
Applicants may apply for two or more lots, with a reservation deposit of KRW 5 million per lot.
The lots are offered with a two-year, interest-free installment payment option. Buyers who pay their installments early will also receive a prepayment discount. The land may be used immediately once it has been paid for in full.
To improve accessibility and convenience for applicants, GH will conduct the application process through OnBid, the Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO)'s electronic asset disposal system.
Applications will be accepted on OnBid from November 24 to 26, followed by a lottery on November 27. Contracts will be signed from November 30 to December 2. More details are available on GH's official website and in the real estate notices on OnBid.
