Founded in 2015 as an AI education solutions provider, Elice Group has expanded its business into a full-stack AI company spanning AI infrastructure and cloud services, industry-specific AI solutions, and education. It provides large-scale AI infrastructure and dedicated cloud environments through its modular data center, Elice PMDC, and its AI cloud virtualization solution, ECI. More than 8,000 startups, universities, and research institutions have received AI-focused cloud services from Elice Group.

The warm-water-cooled B300 AI data center was developed after Elice Group was selected to participate in the AI Computing Resource Utilization Infrastructure Strengthening Project, led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). Elice Group optimized everything from the cluster architecture to cooling, networking, and power efficiency for the latest GPU, the B300. The cooling system uses a warm-water cooling method that circulates water at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius, as well as outside-air cooling. The goal is to operate an environmentally friendly data center by reducing the power needed for cooling and improving operational efficiency.

Using its AI cloud, Elice Group also operates an AI education and training platform for use in education, research, and business settings, along with customized AI education curricula. To date, about 13,000 organizations, including major domestic companies and universities, as well as government and public institutions, have adopted Elice’s AI solutions.
