Gachon University Runs Recruitment-Linked Briefings, From Company Insights to Job Applications
Gachon University’s University Job Plus Center will run “2026 Good Job Matching: Recruitment-Linked Briefings” through the end of 2026, connecting meetings between company recruiters and current students and recent or prospective graduates with actual hiring opportunities.
The program is designed to help students learn about companies’ recruitment information and the characteristics of different roles, and develop concrete job application strategies through direct communication with recruiters. In particular, it focuses on providing practical employment opportunities by matching companies’ hiring needs with students’ preferred roles and connecting them with recommended recruitment opportunities.
The briefings will be held in person at the university’s Vision Tower and online, with formats tailored to each company’s hiring needs. Participating companies represent a range of industries, including food manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, pharmaceuticals, and electronics distribution. Briefings will be held in sequence according to each company’s open positions and recruitment schedule. At each briefing, students can learn about available roles and the hiring process, and get information they need to apply through consultations with recruiters.

The program also connects students with recommended recruitment opportunities based on each company’s hiring needs and offers company-specific benefits, such as exemption from the document screening stage and interview opportunities, to help them proceed to actual job applications.
