Agabang & Company Donates 4,007 Items of ETTOI Children's Clothing to Seoul Community Chest
Agabang & Company, a company specializing in baby and children's products, led by CEO Shin Sang-guk, donated 4,007 pieces of children's clothing from its premium baby brand ETTOI, valued at approximately KRW 200 million, to the Seoul Community Chest of Korea (hereafter, Seoul Community Chest).
The donated items will be distributed to Save the Children through the Seoul Community Chest and delivered to infants and young children supported by Save the Children.
The donation took into account the fact that infants and young children grow quickly and need new clothes each season, meaning welfare facilities have a constant demand for clothing.
Agabang & Company's social contribution initiatives for children have continued steadily since the company was founded in 1979. Since 1998, it has worked with Korea Welfare Services to provide infant clothing and supplies to children adopted in Korea and to foster families. In 2014, it donated more than 10,000 items of infant clothing, shoes, and supplies, valued at approximately KRW 200 million, in a single contribution.
By sharing products that give the company a competitive edge, Agabang & Company is also taking careful account of the emotional well-being of children in underserved communities. The initiative is expected to serve as a meaningful example for consumers as well.

Campaign logos were placed on Agabang, ETTOI, Dear Baby, and PUTO products, and part of the proceeds from customers' purchases was donated to children in impoverished families in Korea and overseas, promoting "ethical consumption" with customers.
This donation to the Seoul Community Chest goes beyond support for individual welfare organizations by expanding distribution nationwide through a trusted fundraising institution. The company plans to operate regular child-support programs through its own brands in the future.

An Agabang & Company representative said, "As a company that has made babies' first clothes, we believe that sharing with children is not a special occasion but simply the right thing to do. We hope this donation will bring a warm season to the children, and we will continue to share on a regular basis."
