The grand renovation format expands the space and salad bar menu at existing locations, focusing on stores with growing demand.
The NC Songpa branch was expanded from about 661 square meters (about 200 pyeong) to about 1,124 square meters (about 340 pyeong). It also added new sections and expanded the number of salad bar items by up to 30% compared with existing stores. New additions include an "Open Sandwich Zone" where customers can enjoy brunch (breakfast and lunch), a "Dessert Zone" featuring an acai bowl section and soft-serve ice cream, and sushi dishes available only at renovated locations. The store also improved customer traffic flow and optimized its seating layout. In the three months through last month, it welcomed an average of more than 40,000 visitors per month, ranking among the top Ashley Queens locations.
