Applicants must be 24 years old and currently registered as residents of Osan City. As of the application date, they must have lived in Gyeonggi Province continuously for at least three years or have accumulated at least 10 years of residence there. Applications can be submitted online or by mobile device through Jobaba, Gyeonggi Province's employment platform.
Existing applicants who agreed to automatic applications through the second quarter of this year will be reviewed without submitting a separate application. However, they must update their information if their personal details or other information has changed. Automatic applications do not apply to new applicants who applied in the third quarter of this year, so they must apply directly during this application period.
After reviewing eligibility requirements, the city plans to distribute the benefit to eligible applicants starting Dec. 20 in Osaekjeon, Osan City's local currency. The funds can be used at local currency-affiliated merchants in Osan City.
