KDAP is a platform that brings together three services on a single dashboard: a real estate valuation system (DVMS), an asset management system (DPMS), and a facility management system (DFMS). The company said it integrates real estate information previously scattered across documents and Excel files, enabling users to handle everything from valuation to operational management in one place.

DVMS, the valuation system, uses AI to analyze real estate data and calculate appropriate market prices, then automatically generates reports. It also offers rights information analysis, batch access to various public records, tenant business searches, and local commercial district assessments.

DPMS, the asset management system, tracks lease contracts and vacancies, and consolidates records from billing and collection of rent, management fees, and utility charges through to overdue payments. It also automatically generates monthly financial and operational reports.

DFMS, the facility management system, links building plans with equipment information to manage construction and maintenance records, and provides real-time updates on mobile service requests and their status. It also includes FireSens, a feature that uses Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to detect signs of electrical fires.

The exhibition will also feature KDAP AI, which generates reports in response to requests entered in a chat window, such as, "Prepare a report calculating the appropriate market price." The company cited public institutions, building owners, investors, and asset and facility management professionals as key target users.

Kang Hyegu, vice president of Dure Sining, said, "KDAP goes beyond being a simple transaction information platform to build a secure national real estate digital social overhead capital (SOC) infrastructure based on sovereign AI."
