Excavations conducted in 2021 found multiple burial facilities and drainage facilities within a single burial mound.
At the seminar, Choi Youngjun, a curator and researcher at Changnyeong County Office, will examine the construction sequence and characteristics of each burial facility in comparison with other multi-chamber tombs from the Gaya period. Jeong Intae, a curator and researcher at the Gyeongju National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage, will analyze the structure and function of two drainage channels installed around the main burial chamber, comparing them with examples from tombs in other regions.
