Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance is introducing a system that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically generate personalized insurance plans in under one minute.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance said on October 30 that it had launched Hi-Helper, an insurance planning support system that uses AI to select insurance products suited to customers and automatically generate plans tailored to their enrollment requirements.
Hi-Helper selects insurance products customers are eligible to enroll in based on their individual characteristics and uses its "AI Disclosure Review" feature to determine their eligibility in advance.
In particular, the system incorporates the latest insurance planning trends into the selected products and automatically generates three recommended plans in under one minute with a single click. Insurance planners can use these plans to adjust coverage details and enrollment requirements to suit each customer, while customers can compare various coverage options and choose the insurance that best meets their needs.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance expects Hi-Helper to reduce the time planners spend on repetitive insurance planning work and improve the efficiency of customer consultations.
