The three organizations will divide responsibilities to support victims. Gwangsan Police Station will identify crime victims in need of assistance and, as needed, provide follow-up care and connect them with relevant organizations.
Gwangsan District will track the support provided to each victim and connect public and private resources so they can receive welfare and care services. The Together Gwangsan Sharing Culture Foundation will handle fundraising, promotion, and the allocation of donations.
