"1,800 Interviews in Just Six Hours"... SK AX Launches AI Recruiting Solution
Unveils "G-Fit Studio," an AI-powered solution for assessing job applicants' competencies
SK AX announced on October 29 that it had launched G-Fit Studio, an AI-powered solution for assessing job applicants' competencies.
G-Fit Studio incorporates AI throughout the recruitment process to analyze applicants' competencies and is designed to help HR staff make decisions based on the analysis results. Using simulations based on actual work scenarios, it assesses applicants' problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to use AI.
G-Fit Studio consists of two stages: "Business Problem Solving" and "Strategic Communication." In the Business Problem Solving stage, applicants interact with an AI agent to develop action plans for addressing a given problem. The system records behavioral data, including the questions applicants ask the AI and how they assess and use the information provided to solve the problem.
In the Strategic Communication stage, applicants take part in an in-depth interview based on their resumes and the solutions they proposed in the Business Problem Solving stage. The AI takes on simulated roles, such as an HR staff member or a department manager, and exchanges questions and answers with the applicant for 30 minutes.
Companies can tailor G-Fit Studio's assessments to their specific job roles and work requirements, making it useful for recruiting job-ready talent. Since all applicants are given the same tasks and evaluated using the same criteria, the solution also enables more fair and objective assessments. It supports multiple languages, including English and Japanese.
The solution also reduces the time required for recruitment. SK AX used G-Fit Studio to conduct AI interviews when selecting participants for the fourth cohort of SKALA, its AI talent development program linked to employment. It took just six hours to assess the competencies of 1,800 applicants.
G-Fit Studio can also be used to develop existing employees. Companies can create scenarios based on key tasks, such as business proposals, work reports, and customer service, to assess and train employees' problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to use AI.
