Wikomet Showcases AED Management System at "Samsung Electronics EHS Partner Day"
Provided CPR training for Samsung Electronics employees and partner company representatives
Wikomet, an emergency-response healthcare startup, said on the 28th that it ran a CPR experience program at Samsung Electronics' DX Division “Domestic EHS Partner Day,” introducing a remote management system for automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and a patient data integration system.
EHS Partner Day is an event where Samsung Electronics shares best practices in AI and smart technologies, as well as environmental health and safety, with partner companies in its DX Division. Wikomet ran an experience zone featuring a self-directed CPR solution that allows users to practice CPR and learn how to use an AED on their own, without guidance from an instructor. Samsung Electronics employees and partner company representatives handled the equipment themselves, following the same sequence as in an actual emergency, from chest compressions to delivering an electric shock with an AED.

The BRAYDEN PRO uses indicator lights to show how blood flows from the heart to the brain during chest compressions, and analyzes eight indicators in real time, including compression depth, rate, and recoil, to support objective CPR training.

Wikomet plans to expand the integrated solution it introduced at the event—which covers training and education, on-site equipment operation, and follow-up management—to companies and institutions. Lee Junghoon, Wikomet's CEO, said, "Saving lives in an emergency depends on the response capabilities of people at the scene and the rapid, accurate delivery of information." He added, "With an integrated solution spanning systematic CPR training, emergency medical equipment management, and patient data integration, we will take the lead in raising emergency response standards in workplaces and establishing advanced, data-driven emergency medical care."
