According to IT Eyes on October 28, the organizations will combine their respective capabilities and strengths to jointly develop AI-based precision cancer diagnosis solutions and expand the use of medical data. They plan to connect IT Eyes' medical AI platform, GENAI ME, with K Blue Bio's expertise in precision genomic diagnosis of blood cancers and biomarker research, as well as the Center for Advanced Precision Medicine Industrialization Support's infrastructure for supporting medical research, demonstration, and commercialization.

The three organizations plan to cooperate in a range of areas, including joint research and development of AI-based cancer diagnosis and prediction models; analysis of blood cancer genomic data and advancement of precision diagnosis technologies; AI-based biomarker discovery and validation; development of medical data integration, standardization, and analysis technologies; establishment of a framework for using clinical and nonclinical research data; and demonstration and commercialization of AI-based precision medicine solutions.

Lee Seongnam, CEO of IT Eyes, said, "This agreement will provide an opportunity to expand the scope of medical AI technology applications and explore new business opportunities in precision medicine. We will work closely with our partner companies and organizations to turn research and development outcomes into solutions that can be used in real-world medical settings, and focus on strengthening the competitiveness and commercialization of our medical AI business."
