Plateer announced on October 28 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to this effect.

Plateer will combine GS Neotek’s capabilities in building and operating contact centers and AICC systems with XGEN. The partnership aims to create an environment for “task-execution AI” that can handle everything from customer inquiries through to the actual execution of tasks. XGEN is an agentic AI platform that enables companies to design, deploy and operate AI agents tailored to their specific work environments.

The two companies will jointly build solutions and collaborate technically, with responsibilities designated as lead (Main) or support (Sub) for each technology area. GS Neotek will lead operations across voice and chat channels, STT and TTS, call routing, CTI and CRM integration, and end-to-end integration. Plateer will provide XGEN and conduct research and development, as well as handle RAG and knowledge architecture, agent workflows and multi-agent orchestration, MCP- and API-based tool calling, and integration with clients’ back-end and legacy systems.

The companies will begin joint sales efforts and identify new business opportunities in the financial sector. They will jointly propose XGEN and AI agents to GS Neotek’s contact center and AICC clients, and connect Plateer’s clients with GS Neotek’s AICC capabilities. After first securing references in the financial sector through joint proofs of concept (PoCs), they plan to expand the reach of agentic AICC across industries, including retail and commerce, where Plateer has strengths.

Jin Byeonggwon, head of the ECS AX division at Plateer, said, “Together with GS Neotek, we will present an agentic AICC model that safely carries customer consultations through to processing in actual systems.”
