Jungdawon Boosts Shareholder Discounts, Offering Up to 35% in Discounts and Mileage Rewards
Jungdawon, a company specializing in processed duck products, is expanding the discounts offered through its shareholder benefits service.
On October 28, Jungdawon said it had raised the shareholder-only discount from 20% to 30% effective September 29, while keeping the 5% mileage reward unchanged. The maximum benefit, including discounts and mileage rewards, is 35%.
The shareholder benefits service offers discounts on 19 of the company’s products to shareholders who own at least one share of Jungdawon stock. Shareholders can verify their status in real time through their securities firm’s mobile trading system (MTS).
The service is available through the MTS platforms of Shinhan Securities, Kiwoom Securities, KB Securities and Hana Securities. Users of MyData services offered by some securities firms can also verify Jungdawon shares held at other securities firms.
The company introduced the shareholder benefits service in January this year and has operated it since then, offering discounts and mileage rewards on 19 of its products through the shareholder-only section of the Jungdawon Mall. Since the service launched, it has also held special discount events for shareholders in conjunction with its anniversary and Duck Day.
