In partnership with the National Film Development Corporation of India, which operates under India’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, it provided a venue for Korean companies to connect with major Indian buyers.
Five companies—CJ ENM, EBS, KBS Media, KT ENA and SBS—took part in the event and showcased 24 dramas, variety shows and documentaries. At one-on-one export consultations, they discussed selling broadcasting and transmission rights, local remakes, format exports and co-productions. The event resulted in 65 business matches, with consultations totaling $3.42 million (approximately KRW 4.5 billion).
