[Smart Finance Awards] KB Securities Boosts Content Competitiveness with a Customer-Centric Approach, 'M-able'
KB Securities Wins Best Content Award
KB Securities won the Best Content Award in the mobile trading system (MTS) category at the 2026 Asia Smart Finance Awards.
KB Securities has strengthened the content capabilities of its MTS, KB M-able, to help customers understand and use investment information easily and quickly. It expanded Stock View, a service that lets users check key investment information for individual stocks easily and intuitively, from domestic stocks to overseas stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), providing essential information at a glance. The company also improved the stock search experience and is gradually expanding the use of generative AI in its integrated search function, creating an information discovery environment that takes customers' search intent and context into account.
Through its IPO listings feature, KB Securities made it possible to view information on IPOs distributed across multiple securities firms in one place, regardless of whether KB Securities was involved in underwriting them. This reduced the inconvenience of customers having to search for information separately at each securities firm. The company also shared tax-saving and investment information through ISA Insights and improved its market trends and investor trends screens to help customers understand market movements intuitively.
KB Securities also strengthened its community, which combines expert investment insights with communication among customers. It revamped the community service to support customers' asset growth and the exchange of investment information, and enabled a group of experts with investment knowledge to participate and offer a range of investment insights.
