The new management goals center on replacing the existing “2030 Management Strategy” with a framework looking ahead to 2035, while revising the vision, core values, management goals, and strategic tasks. The plan focuses on securing future growth drivers, strengthening the responsibilities of a public institution, and establishing an execution-focused management system that delivers tangible results.
The new vision is “A global public-purpose complex resort that brings joy to the people and vitality to the region.” The company has replaced its previous core values of “respect, safety, ethics, practicality, and challenge” with “happiness, mutual growth, innovation, and responsibility.”
Its management goals include total company revenue of 3 trillion won, a “Very Excellent” rating for customer satisfaction (PCSI), an overall S rating in ESG evaluations, and an S rating for KL’s contribution to the local economy. The plan aims to strengthen not only financial performance but also customer satisfaction, ESG management, and contributions to the local economy.
To support these goals, the company has set four strategic directions: securing competitiveness in experience-based tourism; realizing a healthy, entertainment-oriented casino; revitalizing regions transitioning away from the coal industry; and enhancing corporate value for sustainable growth.
