The ETFs slated for liquidation are the Tradr 2X Long SK hynix Daily ETF (ticker: SKHA), which tracks twice the daily gain in SK hynix's share price, and the Tradr 2X Short SK hynix Daily ETF (SKHN), which tracks twice the daily return in the opposite direction. Both products are based on SK hynix American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) listed on the Nasdaq in the United States and began trading on July 28.
The two ETFs will trade for the final time on Nov. 5 on the BZX Exchange, part of Cboe. The asset manager plans to halt operations around Nov. 12 and liquidate the funds' holdings. Investors who hold shares as of the liquidation reference date will receive cash based on the net asset value (NAV) of their holdings.
