KB Insurance Opens Recruitment for New Employees in Second Half of 2026
Focus on Recruiting AI and Data Talent
Applications Accepted Through November 1
Successful Candidates to Start in January 2027
KB Insurance said on October 26 that it will recruit new employees for the second half of 2026.
The open recruitment will cover six areas for Grade 4 positions: ▲Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data ▲Corporate Support ▲Products and Actuarial Services ▲Asset Management ▲General Insurance ▲Sales Management; it will also include a Grade 6 Sales Support position (branch manager). Applications can be submitted through the KB Insurance recruitment website until 11 p.m. on November 1.
This recruitment will focus on securing talent in AI and data, with plans to select candidates who can support the company-wide digital transformation, including data-driven decision-making and improved work efficiency. Applicants with relevant learning or project experience for each position, as well as professional qualifications in insurance, finance, or digital fields, will be preferred.
For Grade 4 positions, final candidates will be selected through a process comprising document screening, an AI competency test, practical interviews, executive interviews, and a pre-employment medical examination. For Grade 6 positions, candidates will go through document screening, practical interviews, and a pre-employment medical examination before participating in a hiring-linked internship program. The decision on whether to offer a regular position will be based on an overall assessment of the results of job training, on-the-job training (OJT), and executive interviews. Successful candidates are expected to start work in January next year.
Details on eligibility requirements, preferred qualifications for each position, and the recruitment schedule are available on the KB Insurance recruitment website.
