Woojin Joins AMXPO 2026, Showcases AI Features of 'Honeycomb MES'
Woojin, a KOSPI-listed company, said on the 26th that it took part in the 2026 Asia Machinery & Manufacturing Industry Expo (AMXPO 2026), where it showcased the artificial intelligence (AI) features of Honeycomb, its manufacturing execution system (MES).

View original imageAt the exhibition, held from October 21 to 23 at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, Woojin introduced enhanced features of Honeycomb MES. The system’s AI capabilities, previously focused on production-plan recommendations and explaining analysis results, have been expanded to include information retrieval, workflow connections and support for on-site execution.
Honeycomb MES is a smart factory solution that integrates production-planning AI with a manufacturing-specific AI chatbot. Honeycomb Ask, the manufacturing-specific AI chatbot, enables users to retrieve production information using natural language. Honeycomb Plan, the production-planning AI, analyzes production history and work conditions to recommend optimal production plans and support work orders.
By integrating the two AI features into a single MES, Woojin has created an integrated work environment that connects information retrieval through natural-language queries with problem identification, workflow connections, recommendations for optimal production plans and execution support. The company said the system can help manufacturers respond quickly to situations on the shop floor and improve efficiency across production operations.
