View original imagePon Gyoche Pass is a device care program that reduces customers’ repair costs and the steps involved when a smartphone is damaged or malfunctions, and offers device replacement benefits to customers who meet certain requirements. An expanded version of the existing “Mamdaero Phone Replacement” service, it is designed for use alongside support programs operated by manufacturers, such as AppleCare and Samsung Care.
LG Uplus has also integrated its systems in real time with manufacturers, insurers and global insurtech company bolttech, and established a business partnership framework. This enables device protection, insurance, manufacturer care and service fulfillment to be managed through a more integrated process rather than separately.
