November 13
Samil PwC will hold a management strategy seminar for franchise headquarters.
Samil PwC said on October 23 that it will host the “Franchise Growth Solutions 2026: Growth, Investment and Operations Insights for Franchise Headquarters” seminar at 2 p.m. on November 13 at Sejong Hall on the 17th floor of its headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul.
The event is Samil PwC’s first specialized seminar on the franchise industry and will consist of eight sessions. Topics will include strategies for transitioning to an AI-native enterprise, workforce and systems management strategies during the AI transition, franchise mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and exit strategies, investor relations (IR) and public relations (PR) strategies for growing into a company that attracts investment, and ways to maximize profits through data-driven commercial-area analysis, among other topics.
Ahead of the seminar, Samil PwC published the “K-Franchise Industry Business Guidebook,” a practical guide covering structural changes in the domestic franchise market and outlooks for different business sectors. The seminar will be held in person, and participants can register on the Samil PwC website through November 10.
