INSPIRE, Hiring-Linked Winter Internship; Applications Open Through Nov. 8
Three divisions: Gaming, Nongaming, and Management Support
Full-time employment considered based on work evaluations
Accommodation and commuter shuttle buses provided for participants
INSPIRE Entertainment Resort announced on October 23 that it is recruiting participants for its hiring-linked winter internship program, “BE INSPIRE 2027 Winter,” through November 8.
Unlike the work-experience summer internship, which awarded bonus points to participants applying for full-time positions after completing the program, this winter internship is a hiring-linked program in which participants may be considered for full-time employment based on their work evaluations and recruitment screening after completion.
The winter internship will be offered in three divisions: gaming, nongaming (noncasino), and management support. The gaming division is recruiting casino dealers, who oversee casino games and operate slot machines, and will provide related practical training. The nongaming division comprises hotel operations roles, which involve concierge and leisure services, housekeeping, and limousine services; food and beverage (F&B) service roles, which involve table service and restaurant operations; and F&B culinary roles, which involve kitchen operations, menu development, and food preparation. The management support division is recruiting for purchasing roles involving tasks such as procurement and inventory management.
About 100 people will be recruited in total, and applications can be submitted through the INSPIRE careers website. Applicants must have no restrictions on overseas travel and be available to participate for the entire internship period. Preference will be given to expected university graduates and those who have already graduated. The selection process will consist of a document screening and a joint interview with the relevant department and the human resources department. Successful applicants will gain experience in practical training and on-site work for about eight weeks, from January 4 to February 28, 2027.
INSPIRE plans to provide accommodation to internship participants (two people per room, for those working at least 40 hours per week) and operate shuttle buses for commuting. In addition to discounts at INSPIRE-operated F&B outlets, all participants who complete the internship will receive F&B vouchers redeemable at INSPIRE, while outstanding participants will also receive a stay voucher for the resort.

An INSPIRE representative said, “Since participants gave positive feedback on the summer internship we held for the first time this year, we decided to offer a winter internship as well to continue nurturing young talent and providing practical experience at a global integrated resort. We look forward to receiving applications from talented people interested in the diverse roles available at an integrated resort, including casino, hotel, F&B, and management support.”
